The Convention
The QSIC is an international convention for Quantity Surveyors organised annually since 2001. The 10th QSIC2011 is jointly organised by the Board Of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia, The Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Universiti Sains Malaysia and Public Work Department Malaysia, and supported by the Construction Development Board Malaysia.
